Limited image license
AI Trend Prompt Hub grants a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to reproduce an eligible example image for non-commercial editorial, educational, or commentary use when the image remains unmodified apart from proportionate resizing or format conversion and the required attribution is included.
This permission applies only to example images whose ImageObject metadata links to this page. It does not grant rights to prompt-page text, third-party logos, model names, trademarks, source photos, or any rights that AI Trend Prompt Hub does not control.
Required attribution
- Credit the image as: AI Trend Prompt Hub.
- Link the credit to the prompt page where the image appears, or to aitrendprompts.com when the source page cannot be linked.
- Do not imply that AI Trend Prompt Hub, a depicted fictional subject, or a named AI platform endorses your publication, product, or service.
How to use an eligible image
Permission for the uses described above is automatic when you follow the license and attribution requirements; no application, account, payment, or separate approval is required.
Custom commercial licensing, paid advertising use, standalone asset resale, and stock-library distribution are not currently offered. For those uses, generate and review your own image under the terms of the AI platform you choose.
Uses not permitted
- Do not sell, sublicense, bundle, or redistribute an example image as a standalone stock asset, template pack, dataset, or download collection.
- Do not use an example to impersonate a real person, build biometric or identity profiles, make deceptive claims, or suggest that a fictional subject is a documented real individual.
- Do not use an example for unlawful, defamatory, exploitative, or rights-infringing activity, or remove source context in a way that creates a misleading endorsement.
Third-party rights and AI limitations
AI-generated media can raise different copyright, publicity, trademark, and platform-contract questions across jurisdictions. This site grants only the rights it controls and does not promise that an image is copyrightable in every location or cleared for every use.
Users remain responsible for reviewing applicable law, the selected AI provider's terms, and any third-party rights relevant to their use. The images and this usage information are provided without a warranty of fitness, non-infringement, or search visibility.
License changes
The version shown on this page governs new uses from its last-updated date. A later revision will not cancel permission already obtained for a compliant use under an earlier published version.
